Mind to Mind —
The Flow of Dhamma
In this fast-changing world,
our minds grow weary.
Responsibilities,
pressures at work,
and the turmoil of relationships
keep the mind tense and restless—
tired, anxious, confused, discontented, lonely…
Has the wandering mind found its way home?
“Mind to Mind”
invites you on a gentle journey inward—
not to suppress yourself,
nor to chase perfection,
but to see clearly and honestly:
What is the mind doing right now?
What is it feeling at this very moment?
Peel away appearances.
Go beyond thought and analysis.
Enter directly into awareness and awakening.
The Dhamma is transmitted—mind to mind.
Open your mind to the flowing stream of Dhamma.
When the Dhamma truly touches the mind,
practice is no longer a burden,
but a tender, intimate journey
of rediscovering oneself.
The Gentle Voice of the Dhamma

FAQ
You will be eligible to register if you have listened to or watched at least 30 sessions of Venerable Luangpu Pramote Pamojjo’s teachings before registration opens on 1 December 2025.
The in-person retreat requires on-site attendance and provides the opportunity for a meditation interview with the teacher. In-person students are responsible for covering their own expenses, including hotel, meals, etc.
The online retreat is conducted via Zoom with cameras off and does not include eligibility for a meditation interview. Online students incur no additional costs.
You may switch to the online retreat, but the meditation interview opportunity will be canceled.
To minimize distractions and support concentration, all in-person students are required to stay on-site for the entire duration of the retreat to gain maximum benefit.
The retreat will primarily consist of teachings, with the guiding teachers adjusting the approach based on students' spiritual levels rather than following a fixed format. All guidance will be given to provide the greatest benefit to students in the present moment.
Once a student is accepted and payment is made, the organizer confirms accommodations and pays for lodging and meals. Therefore, cancellations, refunds, and transfers are not permitted.
This is not recommended. The hotel offers a discounted accommodation and meal package through the organizer. If you book directly, costs will be higher, as the hotel will charge separately for each meal and venue fee.
The hotel provides both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and students are not required to eat exclusively vegetarian meals.
Lay students are required to observe only the Five Precepts.
The teacher allows it but suggests that separate rooms are more beneficial for meditation practice.
All students will attend the main sessions together, with the guiding teacher instructing in Thai, except during breakout sessions. Each student will receive a translation receiver, allowing them to select their preferred language channel.
If students need to travel a long distance, early check-in is recommended. The organizer can arrange an extra night’s stay and breakfast the following morning, with costs covered by the student. For extended stays due to flight schedules, the organizer can also assist with an additional night’s accommodation. The hotel offers discounted rates for pre- and post-retreat stays, which can be arranged through the organizer.
To help students gain the maximum benefit from the retreat, we advise against frequent exits from the hotel, as factors like traffic and other disruptions could interfere with the learning experience. Therefore, all students are required to stay at the designated hotel for the entire retreat.
Even if you attend sessions without staying, the hotel will charge separately for each meal and venue, which would ultimately cost more than the package provided through the organizer.
