2027 第五屆大馬課程義工申請表

參與大馬四念處禪修課程的義工工作，是一份共同護持正法的責任。為維護課程、學員及義工團隊的和諧與正常運作，所有義工應共同遵守以下原則：

Volunteering for the Malaysia Satipaṭtthana Retreat is a shared responsibility in supporting the Dhamma. To help maintain the harmony and proper functioning of the retreat, its participants, and the volunteer team, all volunteers are expected to observe the following guidelines:

1. 持守五戒 / Observance of the Five Precepts

義工在參與課程及相關義工工作期間，應持守五戒，以戒為修行及共事的基本原則。

During the retreat and related volunteer service, volunteers are expected to observe the Five Precepts as a basic foundation for practice and working together.

2. 尊重老師與修學原則 / Respect for Teachers and the Practice

尊重老師及其教導，以修行與護持課程為本，不利用義工身份尋求與老師私下接觸、建立特殊關係或獲得個人利益。

Respect the teachers and their teachings. Volunteer service should be grounded in practice and in supporting the retreat, without using one’s volunteer role to seek private access to the teachers, special relationships, or personal benefit.

3. 尊重團隊，不拉幫結派 / Respect and Team Harmony

尊重主辦方及團隊的工作安排。若有不同意見，應透過適當方式溝通，不批評、挑撥、拉幫結派，亦不私自建立工作群組或另組團隊。

Respect organizer and the team’s working arrangements. Differences of opinion should be addressed through appropriate communication, without criticism, divisiveness, forming factions, or creating separate work groups or teams without approval.

4. 不私自傳播其他教導 / Maintaining the Retreat’s Teaching Framework

課程及義工工作期間，不利用課程平台、群組或義工身份，向學員或其他義工宣傳其他修行體系、個人見解或未經授權的教導。

During the retreat and related volunteer work, do not use the retreat platform, communication groups, or volunteer role to promote other practice traditions, personal views, or unauthorised teachings to participants or fellow volunteers.

5. 保密與資料安全 / Confidentiality and Data Protection

對學員個人資料、內部文件、工作資料及其他非公開資訊負有保密責任，不得擅自轉發、複製、外傳或作其他用途。

Maintain the confidentiality of participants’ personal information, internal documents, working materials, and other non-public information. Such information must not be copied, forwarded, disclosed, or used for other purposes without authorisation.

6. 對所承擔的工作負責 / Responsibility and Communication

對自己所承擔的工作保持責任感，依團隊流程完成任務並保持必要的溝通。若遇到困難、無法如期完成或無法繼續承擔，應及時告知相關負責人，以便作出適當安排。

Take responsibility for assigned duties, follow the team’s working processes, and maintain necessary communication. If difficulties arise, a task cannot be completed on time, or a responsibility can no longer be carried out, inform the relevant coordinator promptly so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

7. 尊重工作安排與團隊決定 / Respect for Role Assignments and Team Decisions

義工崗位依課程實際需要及整體人力配置安排。義工應以團隊合作為原則，尊重工作分配、必要的調整及團隊決定。

Volunteer roles are assigned according to the actual needs of the retreat and the overall allocation of volunteers. Volunteers are expected to work cooperatively and respect role assignments, necessary adjustments, and team decisions.

8. 課程資源、物品與權限 / Retreat Resources, Property and Access

課程相關文件、資料、系統帳號、工作成果、器材及物品均應依主辦單位規範使用及管理，不得據為己有或作私人用途。工作結束或離開崗位時，應完成必要的交接，並依規定歸還物品及移除相關權限。

Retreat-related documents, data, system accounts, work products, equipment, and supplies must be used and managed according to the organiser’s guidelines and must not be treated as personal property or used for private purposes. Upon completion of one’s duties or leaving a role, proper handover must be completed, and relevant property and access rights must be returned or removed as required.

9. 義工食宿與個人安排 / Volunteer Meals, Accommodation and Personal Arrangements

義工應依主辦單位所公布的食宿及相關安排參與課程。若有個人特殊需求，應事先提出並自行承擔相關安排與費用；除主辦單位另有安排外，不以義工身份要求額外待遇或特殊安排。

Volunteers are expected to follow the meal, accommodation, and related arrangements provided by the organiser. Any personal or special requirements should be communicated in advance, with the related arrangements and costs borne by the individual where applicable. Unless otherwise arranged by the organiser, volunteer status should not be used to request additional privileges or special arrangements.

10. 加入、退出與工作交接 / Joining, Withdrawal and Handover

義工的加入及工作安排由主辦單位依課程需要進行確認。若因個人情況需要退出、暫停或無法繼續承擔工作，應及時通知相關負責人，並完成必要的工作、資料、物品及權限交接。

Volunteer participation and role assignments are confirmed by the organiser according to the needs of the retreat. If a volunteer needs to withdraw, pause, or is unable to continue with an assigned responsibility, the relevant coordinator should be informed promptly, and any necessary handover of work, information, property, and access should be completed.
