As we continue our practice,
to live in the present moment without suffering,
that alone is already supremely wonderful—
to live without suffering.
What sense would it make to be born,
only to spend our whole lives immersed in suffering?
There is only one way to be free from suffering:
to develop Satipaṭṭhāna.
The development of Satipaṭṭhāna
is the one and only path to purity and liberation—
there is no second path.
Therefore,
if we truly wish to be free from suffering,
we must develop Satipaṭṭhāna.
