1. This form is only for overseas participants who require airport transportation and visa service.
2. Please submit by 3 February 2023.
3. The organizer only provides transportation between Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL/KLIA) or Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) and the venue of the retreat (Mines Beach Resort). Transportation from other airports needs to be arranged by the participant themselves.
4. Please make sure to double check your flight information and fill it out accurately below.
5. Please note that the dates and times for the flight information should be based on Malaysia, Beijing, Hong Kong or Taiwan time.
